- Do I need to call when my driveway needs clearing? No need to call. We automatically start our route every 3 inches of snow.
- Will you knock or call so I can move my car? We start our route early in the morning and don't want to disturb you. We recommend moving your car to a clean spot after we clear your driveway. We will get the area your car was originally parked the next time we go out.
- If you clear the driveway early in the morning and it snows more how will I know if it was done? There are times when it will snow a couple more inches between when we clear your driveway and the time you go to work. We offer the option to automatically be emailed each time we go so that you will know we have been there.
- Can you guarantee a set time to have my driveway cleared? We are unable to guarantee your driveway to be cleared by a set time due to the nature of when storms begin. Our goal is to go often enough that your driveway is always accessible.
- If something get's left out on my driveway will you move it? We ask that you be sure to keep the driveway clear of toys, dog chains, and other objects as they often get snowed under and may not be visible when we clear your driveway.
- Can you shovel our sidewalk also? Yes, we do offer the option to shovel your sidewalk as well. It is an add-on service to keep your driveway cleared. If you would like your sidewalk kept clear, please specify when you contact us.
